INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS

The Provider is entitled to charge cancellation fees for individual orders under the following conditions:

cancellation of stay more than 30 days / inclusive / before the start date - 20% of the stay price

cancellation 29 - 15 days before the date of arrival - 60% of the price

cancellation 14 - 5 days before the date of arrival - 80% of the price

cancellation less than 4 days / inclusive / before the start date - 100% of the stay

GROUP RESERVATIONS

The provider is entitled to charge cancellation fees for groups of more than 10 people, including the amount of the deposit paid.

For stays purchased through discount vouchers, gift certificates, etc., the cancellation of the stay is /t.j. possibility of refund / possible no later than one week in advance.
